Portable Scanning Electron Microsope

Eastfield College, part of the Dallas County Community College District, operates two scanning electron microscopes on a full time basis.  In support of research in the STEM fields at all levels, Eastfield makes its scanning electron microscopes available to students and faculty everywhere. 

Our smaller electron microscope, the TM1000, is actually portable and we would be more than happy to bring it to schools in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for students to use. (Imagine a science fair project with scanning electron micrographs made by your students!)

We would also love for you to visit the Eastfield College Scanning Electron Microscope Lab on campus.  If you are not located near Eastfield we can still collaborate online.  (I Skype!)
